| Shipping Policy:As part of our long time aspiration to benefit our customers, we are offering a Flat rate shipping on all retail orders to anywhere in the US, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii which would be calculated based on order weight.
This privilege is our Standard Priority Mail Delivery Service which is 2 – 3 working days from dispatch. However, delivery may take a little longer during unexpectedly busy periods and sale time.
However, if you are interested in using our premium express delivery service you can indicate that on your order page.
The corresponding postal fees will be added to your order.
At the present time, we are offering a flat rate Priority mail delivery service for all International orders placed through our website the delivery of which may take up to 10 working days depending on the destination country. The corresponding postal fees will be added to your order during the checkout process. Please note that you would be responsible for the payment of Customs Charges, Import Duty, VAT, or other clearance fee in compliance with your country regulations. We are not able to predict what the cost may be as it varies from country to country.
All deliveries would require signature and to the billing address. We use USPS for all our worldwide deliveries.
All goods are sent in good condition however if any item is found to be damaged, faulty or wrong item, please inform us first by email quoting your order number and details of your query. We would then arrange for it to be return to us for exchange or refund. Please see our returns policy for more details. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the rights to make changes to our shipping policy without prior notice.
Returns Policy:
We would be happy to replace or make refunds to you in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order within 7 days from dispatch.
However, such items must be unworn, unwashed, unruffled in its original packaging and fit for resale and sent back to the address we specified at your own expense.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the postage cost of returning any merchandise to us for all, no exception is permitted in any case.
All request for exchange or refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of order.
All refunds will be credited to the payment card used for the purchase within 5 working days, after having received the goods and found them to have been in their original condition and fit for resale.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you take all necessary care when returning goods by post and obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
